Time to Prepare

By Dell F Sanchez

For the last two decades, I’ve been awakening and equipping my people for the the wondrous return back home. My people are the Sephardic Anusim, Children of the Inquisitions.

The Prophets of the Tanak, or the Old Testament, have prophesied a mighty revival and the return to our ancient ancestral home. I love the words of Isaiah in chapter 40, verses 3-5.

The epitome is that Isaiah prophesied that at this glorious regathering will usher in the full glory of the Lord. (Isaiah 40:5)

So take hope and be strong

Will The Real Crypto Please Stand Up

By Dell F Sánchez

The word crypto is derived from an ancient word meaning to be hid. For two decades I’ve said, “Our forefathers hid the secret of our true identity so well and for so long that we forgot what the secret was.”

Sephardic Anusim Jews have gone through a very unusual ‘see-saw,’ up and down experience. It’s been a multi-century Process of ‘now you see me–now you don’t.’

Some have gotten plum stuck in genealogies and DNA while a very select few are as we say in Spanish: “A Dios rogando, y con el mazo dando”/praying to God while we’re busy building.

All that is okay so long as we keep building bridges which gets our people closer to home–Israel and her Negev. (Obadiah 1:20b)

Chanukah Vs. Christmas

By Dell F Sanchez

Whether you write it down as Chanukah, Hanukkah or Jánuca, it’s meaningful because of the brave heroism of the Maccabees. This battle for the freedom of Syrian rule over Jews occurred around 166 BCE. The results were historically amazing.

About 166 years later, Yeshua was born in the midst of the force of the Roman Empire. Just as the Maccabees were Jews, so was Yeshua.

The resulting feast is known as Chanukah, or the Feast of Lights, and Dedication. The resulting feast of Yeshuah’s birth is called Navidad or Christmas.

So what’s in common between the two. A lot! Besides all the lights is the most important factor: heroism leading to freedom. The Maccabees freed for a little while–Yeshua liberates the willing soul forever.

Politics Against American Anusim Jews

by Dell F Sanchez

Just as governments have its good and bad politics—so does religion, especially that which affects Latino Sephardic Anusim.  However, good politics have become like a needle in a haystack.

Oftentimes, policies are actually good but the people that legislate them are as twisted and crooked as individual mafiosos. That’s why we rely on the courts, even the Supreme Court to resolve legal suits and issues.

We have The Ancient of Days—the Judge of judges to do justice for us. One standard that rules His decisions is the Bible. He never plays politics nor will He let His Word be voided.

So Sephardic Anusim Hispanic-Latinos: one way or the other, we win because God rules.

Shalom,

DNA and Hispanics

Dell Sanchez
Since that day in the spring of 1996, I have been on a never ending journey. My journey includes millions of people just like me that are Hispanic or Latino but happen to be the descendants of secret Jews of Spain. Our forefathers endured a very bloody history as well as an expulsion out of the very land our own ancestors founded during the times of King David and King Solomon.”

JEWISH BY BLOOD

Dr. Bennett Greenspan, a DNA expert said a few years ago at the NYC Harvard Club that DNA is a science built on “Guilt by association.” But how is it that so many Hispanic/Latinos in the US have the same DNA as self-proclaimed Jews and aren’t considered as Jews?
The major difference is in the term, “self-proclaimed.” The fact is that Hispanic/Latinos lost trace of their ancestral ties to their Jewish forefathers. Self-proclaimed Jews never lost their Jewish ties or were never forced to convert to another religion such as Catholicism during Inquisitions that lasted hundreds of years in Spain, Portugal, Mexico and throughout Latin America.
I’ve discovered that self-proclaimed Jews either practice Judaism or their parents or grandparents did. Thus, persons who claim to be Jews identify their Jewishness according to their religious affiliation. In other words, they identify themselves as Jews by their faith rather than by their blood or ancestry.

I’ve also discovered that a Sephardic Anusim Jew has to go back a few hundred years to find that they are descendants of the Inquisition. The problem is that DNA tests only reveal ancestors a few generations back-but not to the center of the ‘long holocausts’ of the Inquisitions. However, new, digitized genealogies coupled with onomastics (the art and science of surnames), have trampolined on DNA in order to track back hundreds of years of ancestries.
Therefore, I recommend Hispanic/Latinos with Sephardic Jewish roots who want to be identified as a Sephardic Anusim Jew make sure you spell this out on your DNA test forms. If you already took a test, call the lab right now and tell them you need to include that you’re a Sephardic Anusim Jew. Forget including your religious affiliation. Otherwise, extremely few of our people will be acknowledged as a Jewish person. Why? Because our forefathers hid this secret for so long that they forgot what the secret was!
Happy DNAing,

PRAYER THE ANUSIM WAY

By Dr. Dell F. Sánchez

Since the days of father Abraham, connecting with The Almighty through prayer has been forged into our lives.

In fact, if it wasn’t by faith through prayer, our Anusim forefathers would’ve given up during the holocausts of the Inquisitions. They wouldn’t have survived the tormenting tortures and atrocities of their day.

Prayer is implicated hundreds of times throughout the Bible. Prayer comes in different forms including quiet prayers of the soul.

Today, in the midst of civil tension and unrest…in the midst of a barrage of word bullets, we must cling to God in prayer. If we wish to see the biblical prophecies fulfilled we must pray like never before. If we expect to take part in the grand aliyah to Israel–we must pray all the harder.

Shalom
